An error occurred (RFC 9457 problem+json).

## Other responses

- `302`: Redirects to the completion page, with a continuation cookie when the token was live. A dead or malformed token redirects identically and sets nothing, so the entry point tells an unauthenticated caller nothing about which tokens exist.
- `401`: Authentication required.
- `502`: The handoff store returned an invalid result.
