`GET /myapi/status`

## Request

Return account status, credit balance, and current quota usage for an API key.

中文：给「持 API key 的调用方」自查账户状态用（即文档里的 status 接口），
因此鉴权走 get_api_key_user，与后台的 Cookie 会话互不依赖。

返回:
    service/account_status/credits/套餐与限速/当前用量/月配额等；其中
    monthly_remaining 与 quota_period_start 便于调用方自己做额度告警。

注意:
    本接口读到的 credits 与 /dashboard 的来源可能不同（见下方注释），
    这是「热路径账本」与「展示型缓存」两套数据源造成的差异。
