`GET /admin/orders/{order_id}`

订单详情。

lang 会被 get_effective_lang 覆盖：优先取请求头/query 的语言，仅在没有
任何语言信息时才用函数默认值，因此不能把这里的默认值当作"已定语言"。

status_reason 由 infer_order_status_reason 反推，包含对历史遗留失败单
（如 EasyGo 0 元单）的兼容推断，见 app/services/order_status_reason.py。

副作用：只读。订单不存在返回 404 错误体。
