Retrieve a list of all Regulations.

## Query parameters

- `EndUserType` 'individual' | 'business' — The type of End User the regulation requires - can be `individual` or `business`.
- `IsoCountry` string
- `NumberType` string
- `IncludeConstraints` boolean

- `Page` integer
- `PageToken` string
