# Unfollow User

`DELETE /twitter/user/follow`

## Request

Unfollow a user, $0.0005 per call.

## Request body

- UnfollowUserQuery
  - `username` string, required: The username of the user to unfollow.
  - `cookie` string, required: The user's own authorized Twitter session credentials or auth_token (BYOC — Bring Your Own Cookie). Stateless proxy execution with zero credential retention.     - `is_blue_verified` boolean, nullable: Blue verification status
    - `verified_type` string, nullable: Verification badge type when not blue-only: blue, business, government, etc.
    - `is_verified` boolean, nullable: True if the account has any verification badge (blue, business, government, or legacy verified)
    - `profile_image_shape` string, nullable: Profile image shape (Circle or Square; Square often indicates business/government)
    - `is_translator` boolean, nullable: Whether the user is a translator
    - `listed_count` integer, nullable: Number of public lists the user is a member of
    - `location` string, nullable: User's location
    - `media_count` integer, nullable: Number of media tweets posted by the user
    - `normal_followers_count` integer, nullable: Count of normal followers
    - `pinned_tweet_ids` string[]: List of pinned tweet IDs
    - `possibly_sensitive` boolean, nullable: Whether the user's profile may contain sensitive content
    - `profile_banner_url` string, nullable: URL of the user's profile banner
    - `profile_image_url` string, nullable: URL of the user's profile image
    - `protected` boolean, nullable: Whether the user's tweets are protected
