`POST /suggestion/manual`

## Request

- Auth: API key in header `TWN-InstanceKey` and API key in header `TWN-Authentication`

## Request body

- ManualSuggestionApiCreateModel: Manual suggestion to create.
  - `Suggestion` string: The suggestion text.
  - `CategoryId` integer, nullable: Optional category id of the manual suggestion.
