`POST /responsedataattribute`

## Request

- ApiResponseDataAttribute: The response data attribute.
  - `ResponseDataAttributeId` integer: Id of the response data attribute.
  - `Name` string: Name of the response data attribute.
  - `AttributeId` integer: Attribute id of the response data attribute.
