`GET /recommendation/manual/{id}`

## Request

- ManualRecommendationApiModel: Full details of a manual recommendation.
  - `RecommendationId` integer: Manual recommendation identifier.
  - `Name` string: Name of the manual recommendation.
  - `BuilderId` integer, nullable: Builder identifier.
  - `CategoryId` integer: Category identifier for the recommendation.
  - `Items` string[]: List of items in this manual recommendation with their sequence order.
  - `SortingId` integer, nullable: Sort option identifier.
  - `IsBuilderComponent` boolean: Indicates if this recommendation is a builder component.
