`GET /item/{itemId}/attributes`

## Request

- ApiItemAttributeSummaryModels
  - `Total` integer, nullable, required: The total number of records which can be retrieved. Note that this field is not available for all paginated endpoints.
  - `Records` ApiItemAttributeSummary[]: The retrieved records.
    - `AttributeId` integer: Attribute id
    - `AttributeName` string: Attribute name
    - `CacheStatus` 'Valid' | 'Outdated' | 'PendingUpdate' | 'Updating'
    - `Values` string[]: List of attribute values
    - `ValuesMultilingual` ApiItemAttributeValue[]: List of multilingual attribute values
      - `Value` string: The attribute value
      - `LanguageId` integer, nullable: Identifier of the language this value belongs to (if multilingual)
    - `Type` 'Standard' | 'Derived'
    - `ReturnType` 'Textual' | 'Numeric'
