# Returns paged unpublished changes for a type

`GET /changes/{entityType}`

## Request

- The document declares no server URL.
- Auth: API key in header `TWN-InstanceKey` and API key in header `TWN-Authentication`

Returns distinct primary keys for changed rows since the last publication. Uses offset/limit paging with a maximum limit of 100; modification filters the total count and results. Returns 404 when the feature is disabled, or 409 when tracking or its baseline is unavailable.
