`GET /boostandbury`

## Request

  - `Total` integer, nullable, required: The total number of records which can be retrieved. Note that this field is not available for all paginated endpoints.
  - `Records` ApiBoostAndBurySummary[], required: The retrieved records.
    - `BoostAndBuryId` integer: Unique identifier of the boost and bury
    - `Name` string: Name of the boost and bury
    - `Type` 'Boost' | 'Bury'
    - `StartDate` string, date-time, nullable: Start date of the boost and bury
    - `EndDate` string, date-time, nullable: End date of the boost and bury
    - `Weight` number, double: Weight of the boost and bury
    - `Status` 'Active' | 'Upcoming' | 'Completed'
    - `Enabled` boolean: Indicates if the boost and bury is enabled
