# List the published form templates

`GET /v1/form-templates`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://sign-api.tvarka.pro`
- URL: `https://sign-api.tvarka.pro/v1/form-templates`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-Api-Key`
  - OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://sign-api.tvarka.pro/oauth/authorize`, token URL `https://sign-api.tvarka.pro/oauth/token`, scopes: `sign.read`, `sign.signings`)

The newest published version of each of the workspace's own form
templates and of each statutory template it adopted, with the fields
a request can prefill (v1.16.0).
