  - `organisation` string, required: Name of the organisation owning the Web Service
  - `personName` string, required: Name of the contact person or entity, which may not necessarily be the Web Service owner
  - `message` string: Optional message from the contact person
  - `phone` string: Optional phone number for contacting
  - `email` string, email, required: Email address used for contacting
  - `address` string: Optional address of the organisation or contact person

- `404`: Contact data not found
