# Submit documents for age verification

`POST /api/v1/verify/age/submit`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.tuteliq.ai`
- URL: `https://api.tuteliq.ai/api/v1/verify/age/submit`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `x-api-key`

Privacy-first age verification. Returns only age bracket (18+, 13-17, under_13), is_minor status, liveness, and face match. No PII (name, DOB, document number) is returned.

  - `audit_receipt` object, nullable: EU AI Act Art 12 audit receipt — signed proof we processed and immediately destroyed the input. Verifiable out-of-band.
    - `request_id` string: Use this to fetch the full signed receipt via GET /audit/receipts/:request_id.
    - `timestamp` string: ISO 8601 timestamp when the receipt was signed.
    - `signature` string: Cryptographic signature (base64).
