# Get daily usage summary with quota status

`GET /api/v1/usage/summary`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.tuteliq.ai`
- URL: `https://api.tuteliq.ai/api/v1/usage/summary`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `x-api-key`

Returns total, successful, and failed request counts for a specific date (defaults to today), along with your tier limits. Paid tiers have no daily limit: `requestsPerDay` and `remainingToday` are -1, and the monthly allowance can be used at any pace. Use for dashboards and usage monitoring.

    - `requestsPerDay` number: Always -1 for a paid tier: there is no daily limit. A sandbox key reports its daily cap.
