# Get this account's Tuteliq Platform Safety Classification

`GET /api/v1/safety-classification`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.tuteliq.ai`
- URL: `https://api.tuteliq.ai/api/v1/safety-classification`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `x-api-key`

Returns the saved daily snapshot of the account's operational safety classification, the same figure shown on the dashboard and the public Trust Center. It is computed once daily and read here as stored; this endpoint never recomputes or adjusts it, so all three surfaces always agree. `date` shows which day the snapshot is from. Returns 200 with `score: null` and `insufficient_data: true` when the account has too little activity to classify, and 404 when it has no classification at all. Neither is a zero score.

## Response `200`

Default Response

- object
  - `date` string: ISO date (UTC) the snapshot was computed. Always present, so a caller can see the figure is a daily snapshot rather than live.
  - `score` number, nullable: 0-100. `null` when `insufficient_data` is true. Never treat null as zero.
  - `band` string, nullable: `leading` >= 85, `established` 70-84, `progressing` 45-69, `needs_attention` < 45. `null` when insufficient.
  - `insufficient_data` boolean: True when fewer than 5 real incidents have been processed. The account is not yet classified; it has not scored badly.
  - `reason` string, nullable: Why the account is not yet classified.
  - `period` string: Always `all_time`.
  - `components` object[]
    - `key` string: reviewCoverage | responseTime | openQueueAge | detectionCoverage | integrationHealth
    - `label` string
    - `points` number
    - `max` number
    - `tip` string, nullable: Improvement hint, present when the component is below full marks.
  - `evidence` object: The inputs the score was computed from. Contains no personal data: no names, emails or message content.
    - `incident_count` number: Real incidents counted. Test, sandbox and demo traffic is excluded by the job.
    - `reviewed_count` number: Incidents whose status is not `new`.
    - `median_review_minutes` number, nullable
    - `oldest_open_days` number, nullable: Age of the oldest `new` or `escalated` incident. 0 when the queue is empty.
    - `modalities_live` string[]
    - `applicable_modalities` string[]: Content types the platform offers. Scoring is measured only against these.
    - `connected_platforms` number
    - `calculated_at` string
  - `calculated_at` string
  - `updated_at` string
  - `disclaimer` string: Carried in the payload deliberately. The dashboard card shows this next to the number; an API caller has no card, and a score published without it can be mistaken for a certification.
