`POST /api/v1/admin/retention/cleanup`

## Request

Manually run the data retention cleanup process to purge records that have exceeded their retention period. Normally runs on a schedule, but can be triggered on-demand for compliance audits or storage management. Returns a summary of deleted records by category.
