# Update breach status and notification progress

`PATCH /api/v1/admin/breach/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.tuteliq.ai`

Update a breach incident's status (investigating, resolved, closed) and notification progress. Add notes to document investigation findings or remediation steps. All updates are timestamped for the breach audit trail.

  - `notification_status` string: Notification progress (e.g., pending, sent, acknowledged)
