`POST /v1/stream_subscriptions`

Create a stream subscription for event polling and replay.

## Request body

  - `eventTypes` string[]: Delivery event types from GET /v1/event_types. Supports exact event names, `*`, and namespace wildcards such as `monitor.*`.
  - `transport` 'poll' | 'webhook_mirror' | 'websocket'
  - `livemode` boolean
