# Quarterly 13F extract

`GET /v1/owners/institutional/extract`

## Request

  - API key in header `x-api-key`
  - HTTP bearer

Use this route when the reporting period is known and you need a manager's quarter-specific 13F extract. `year` and `quarter` select the calendar quarter-end report date; the response can include prior-quarter deltas only when a prior parsable report is available, otherwise its coverage is current-only. Results are SEC-derived, period-specific holdings disclosure, not current ownership or a complete exposure record. Keep the returned filing identity, provenance, and freshness metadata with any analysis. See [ownership workflows](/ownership-workflows).
