# Form D filings

`GET /v1/forms/d`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.turos.app`
- URL: `https://api.turos.app/v1/forms/d`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-api-key`
  - HTTP bearer

Use this route to find filed Form D and D/A notices for private-placement research. A Form D notice does not establish that an offering closed, that all securities were sold, or that every economic term is public. `date_from` and `date_to` bound filing dates. Continue with the returned `db:` or `sec:` cursor unchanged and keep the same filters; the prefix keeps a paged review on its original source. If SEC fallback is used, a lower `submission_file_limit` can omit older matches. Retrieve a selected accession before relying on parsed terms.
