Latest-quarter cross-manager rollup per security: managers holding, totals, quarter-over-quarter share deltas, filer-count change, average portfolio rank, put/call ratio, and top-10 count. Share-denominated fields count long-equity shares only; option legs and PRN (principal-amount) legs are excluded, because a convertible note's face amount is dollars rather than shares. Dual-class share lines under one issuer are summed, so value fields are the cross-class-safe comparison. Non-share fields still count PRN holders: a manager holding only a convertible counts in `managersHolding`, contributes to `totalValueUsd`, and receives a (value-based) portfolio rank. As a result, `totalShares` divided by `managersHolding` is not a meaningful average share count for convertible-heavy issuers, and an issuer held only through debt reports `totalShares` 0 with `managersHolding` above 0. `putCallRatio` is managers with at least one put leg over managers with at least one call leg; it is null when no manager holds calls and 0 when calls exist but puts do not. `managersFiled` and `prevManagersFiled` report distinct filers this quarter versus the prior quarter, so partially filed quarters can be identified.
