# Company audit fees

`GET /v1/companies/audit-fees`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.turos.app`
- URL: `https://api.turos.app/v1/companies/audit-fees`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-api-key`
  - HTTP bearer

Return principal-accountant fee rows extracted from the latest DEF 14A or 10-K for an issuer.

## Query parameters

- `ticker` string
- `cik` string

## Response `200`

Audit-fee rows with the selected filing identity and SEC EDGAR lineage.

  - `data` object[], required: Parsed fee rows. Empty when no eligible filing or fee table is found.
    - `object` 'audit_fee_entry', required
    - `category` string, required: Parser-assigned fee category from the filing table.
    - `amount` number, nullable, required: First parseable dollar amount for the category, when available.
    - `rawText` string, required: Source table text used to derive the category and amount.
  - `accessionNumber` string, nullable, required: Accession number of the filing selected for extraction.
  - `filingDate` string, nullable, required: Filing date of the filing selected for extraction.
  - `sourceForm` string, nullable, required: DEF 14A when available; otherwise the latest 10-K.
  - `note` string: Explanation when no eligible filing or audit-fee table is found.
  - `lineage` object, required
    - `sources` string[], required
    - `canonical` true, required
    - `surface` 'companies', required
  - `requestId` string, required
  - `traceparent` string
