# Add a course to the user's pinned courses.

`POST /user/pinned`

Adds a course to the current user's pinned courses.

## Request body

- ProtobufPostPinnedRequest
  - `courseID` integer

## Response `200`

A successful response.

## Other responses

- `400` — **[3 INVALID_ARGUMENT]** *Bad request.* **Returned in case of:** - Missing courseID field in request message.
- `401` — **[16 UNAUTHENTICATED]** *Could not authorize the operation.* **Returned in case of:** - Missing JWT cookie header - Crypto/rsa: verification error (invalid jwt) - JWT cookie not found
- `403` — **[7 PERMISSION_DENIED]** *Access denied.* **Returned in case of:** - User is logged in, but tries to access stream with course visibility "enrolled" without being enrolled in the course - User tries to access stream with course visibility "private"
- `404` — **[5 NOT_FOUND]** *Could not find entity.* **Returned in case of:** - Non-existing course
- `409` — **[6 ALREADY_EXISTS]** *Entity already persisted.* **Returned in case of:** - Course already pinned
