## Query parameters

- `equity_id` string, nullable: Filter documents by equity ID
- `document_type` 'earnings_call'
- `sort` 'date_asc' | 'date_desc', nullable: Sort documents by date
- `skip` integer: Number of items to skip
- `limit` integer: Number of items to return
