# Handle Twilio Inbound Sms

`POST /webhooks/twilio/sms`

Sync sms_opted_in when a user replies STOP/START to our number.

Prefer Twilio's normalized OptOutType (handles punctuation, multi-word, and
carrier variants); fall back to matching the raw Body against known keywords.
