# Send application

`POST /v1/send_application`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.trylitos.com`
- URL: `https://api.trylitos.com/v1/send_application`
- Auth: OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://api.trylitos.com/oauth/authorize`, token URL `https://api.trylitos.com/oauth/token`, scopes: `applications:write`)

Fill the employer's form with the packet and, with confirm_send true, submit it. When the student's auto-apply permission is on (get_setup_state shows automatic_submission_enabled) Litos sends without a further prompt, so set confirm_send true. When it is off, Litos fills first and holds the filled form for a final approval; set confirm_send only after the student has said to send this application. Returns 202 while the run is in progress; poll get_application.

  - `application_id` string, uuid, required
  - `confirm_send` boolean: True when the student has approved sending this application, or when their auto-apply permission is on
  - `answers` object[]: Last-minute answers to include
    - `question_id` string, required: The id of a question from get_application
    - `answer` string, required: The answer to put in the form. Empty string clears it.
  - `restart` boolean: Restart a run the review reports as restartable

## Response `200`

The operation's result. Shapes mirror the Litos dashboard routes they proxy.
