# Attach document

`POST /v1/attach_document`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.trylitos.com`
- URL: `https://api.trylitos.com/v1/attach_document`
- Auth: OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://api.trylitos.com/oauth/authorize`, token URL `https://api.trylitos.com/oauth/token`, scopes: `account:write`)

Upload a PDF document (up to 4 MB) for an application and keep it on file for later ones.

## Request body

- object
  - `file_name` string, required: The file name with its extension, e.g. resume.pdf
  - `content_base64` string: The file bytes, base64 encoded. Either this or file_url.
  - `file_url` string, uri: An https URL the file can be downloaded from. Either this or content_base64.
  - `application_id` string, uuid, required
  - `kind` 'transcript', required
  - `reuse` boolean: Keep it on file for future applications

## Response `200`

The operation's result. Shapes mirror the Litos dashboard routes they proxy.
