# Answer application questions

`POST /v1/answer_application_questions`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.trylitos.com`
- URL: `https://api.trylitos.com/v1/answer_application_questions`
- Auth: OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://api.trylitos.com/oauth/authorize`, token URL `https://api.trylitos.com/oauth/token`, scopes: `applications:write`)

Save answers to the employer's questions on an application (ids from get_application). Ask the student anything you cannot answer from the profile; never invent facts about them.

## Request body

- object
  - `application_id` string, uuid, required
  - `answers` object[], required
    - `question_id` string, required: The id of a question from get_application
    - `answer` string, required: The answer to put in the form. Empty string clears it.

## Response `200`

The operation's result. Shapes mirror the Litos dashboard routes they proxy.
