# Get a Label

`GET /customers/labels/{labelId}`

Retrieves details about the given label.

## Response `200`

The label was successfully retrieved

  - `data` SchemasLabel2, required — A `Label` is an organisation-wide tag that can be attached to customers, orders, and other resources to categorise them for reporting and filtering purposes.
    - `id` string, uuid, required — The ID of the label
    - `value` string, required — The name of the label
    - `colour` string, required — A hex colour code excluding the preceding \# which this label will be rendered as.
    - `organisation_id` string, uuid, required — The organisation which this label belongs to
    - `created_at` string, date-time, required — The datetime which the label was created
    - `updated_at` string, date-time, required — The datetime which the label was last updated

## Other responses

- `401` — The user is unauthenticated
- `404` — The resource couldn't be found
