# A published passport

`GET /api/public/passports/{handle}`

## Request

Public. The card's contents for a published passport: only travel that has happened, no dates, bookings or companions.

## Path parameters

- `handle` string, required: The passport's handle.

## Response `200`

The passport.

  - `handle` string, required
  - `indexable` boolean, required
  - `image` string, nullable, required: The link-preview image, when one has been uploaded.
  - `updated` string, required
  - `card` object, required: Everything the card shows: numbers, country codes, map coordinates, holder, home city, since year.

## Other responses

- `401`: No usable credential: a Clerk session token, a device token or an OAuth access token is required.
- `404`: No such thing, or not one the caller can see.
