`GET /api/passport/handle`

## Query parameters

- `handle` string, required: The handle to check.

## Response `200`

Whether it can be used, and why not.

- HandleCheck
  - `handle` string, required
  - `available` boolean, required
  - `reason` string, nullable, required

## Other responses

- `401`: No usable credential: a Clerk session token, a device token or an OAuth access token is required.
- `403`: The caller may not do this to this account or trip.
