# Bytes by storage key

`GET /api/blob`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://trvlrr.app`
- URL: `https://trvlrr.app/api/blob`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

The fastest thumbnail path: skips the per-photo database lookup. Keys are namespaced by account and trip, so the prefix is the ownership check.

## Query parameters

- `key` string, required: A thumb_r2_key or r2_key from a photo.

## Response `200`

The image.

## Other responses

- `401`: No usable credential: a Clerk session token, a device token or an OAuth access token is required.
- `403`: The caller may not do this to this account or trip.
- `404`: No such thing, or not one the caller can see.
