# Delete the account

`DELETE /api/account`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://trvlrr.app`
- URL: `https://trvlrr.app/api/account`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Owner only. Access ends at once — members, identities, device tokens, shares, invites and the forwarding address go, and co-members get fresh empty accounts; files and rows are purged within 48 hours. Also revokes Sign in with Apple (when a fresh authorization code is given), deletes the RevenueCat customer and the Clerk user. Never cancels an Apple subscription; only the person can.

## Request body

- AccountDeleteInput
  - `apple_authorization_code` string, nullable: A fresh Sign in with Apple authorization code, so the Apple grant can be revoked too.

## Response `200`

Deleted, with the outcome of each external revocation.

  - `deleted` true, required
  - `apple` string, required: revoked, failed, not_configured or not_provided.
  - `clerk` string, required
  - `revenuecat` string, required
  - `message` string, required

## Other responses

- `401`: No usable credential: a Clerk session token, a device token or an OAuth access token is required.
- `403`: The caller may not do this to this account or trip.
