# Search companies with autocomplete

`GET /v1/company-mappings-search/`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://prod.truv.com`
- URL: `https://prod.truv.com/v1/company-mappings-search/`
- Auth: API key in header `X-Access-Client-Id` and API key in header `X-Access-Secret`

The endpoint provides company search using prefix.

## Query parameters

- `query` string, required
- `product_type` 'income' | 'employment' | 'deposit_switch' | 'pll'

## Response `200`

- CompanyMappingSearchResponse[]
  - `company_mapping_id` string, required: Company to Payroll Provider mapping ID
  - `name` string, required: Company name
  - `domain` string, nullable, required: Company domain
  - `logo_url` string, nullable: URL to company logo
  - `success_rate` 'low' | 'high' | 'unsupported' | 'null', nullable, required: Success rate for the company
  - `confidence_level` string, required: Confidence level for the company success rate. Range of possible values is from 0 to 1 with 0.5 and above being high success rate
  - `sso` object, nullable: SSO provider for the company
    - `name` string, required: SSO provider name

## Other responses

- `400`: HTTP 400 Bad Request
- `401`: HTTP 401 Unauthorized
- `403`: HTTP 403 Forbidden
