Trustfull Document — submit a single document file for image-quality analysis. Multipart upload. Single-shot per request_id.

## Request body `multipart/form-data`

- HubRequestDocument: Multipart/form-data payload for /document — file upload + form fields. Content-Type must be multipart/form-data.
  - `request_id` string, required: A unique identifier for this document submission. Document is single-shot per request_id — a second submission with the same request_id is rejected.
  - `file` string, binary, required: The document to analyse (max 4 MiB). The content type is sniffed server-side; accepted types are application/pdf, image/jpeg, image/png, image/webp.
  - `model_id` ModelId (unresolved $ref)
