`POST /agent/negotiate`

## Request

Submit a price negotiation bid for a product. Requires the `negotiate` feature tier. BETA.

## Request body

- NegotiateRequest
  - `productId` string, uuid, required
  - `merchantSlug` string, required
  - `bidPrice` number, required
  - `currency` string, required: 3-letter ISO 4217 code

## Response `200`

Negotiation processed

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid bid price
- `404`: Product or merchant not found/available
