# Start verification for the current transaction

`POST /api/transactions/verify`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://verification.trulioo.com`
- URL: `https://verification.trulioo.com/api/transactions/verify`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Starts the verification process and returns the status.

## Headers

- `Accept-Version` string, required

## Response `200`

Decision available.

- DecisionResponse
  - `status` 'ACCEPTED' | 'REVIEW' | 'DECLINED' | 'ERROR' | 'NO_RESULT' | 'PENDING_RESULT': Final decision of the verification.

## Other responses

- `202`: Verification in progress.
- `400`: Bad Request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Not Found
- `422`: Unprocessable Entity
- `429`: Too Many Requests (rate limited)
- `500`: Internal Server Error
- `503`: Service Unavailable
