# Transactions request webhooks

`POST transaction_requests` (webhook)

Sent to the configured webhook URI when an async transactions request reaches a terminal state:
- The request completed successfully. Call `GET /v3/connected-accounts/{account_id}/transactions/requests/{request_id}` to retrieve the transactions.
- The request failed.

    - `event_id` string, required: Unique ID of the event.
    - `connection_id` string, required: Unique ID for the connection
    - `account_id` string, required: Unique ID for the connected account.
    - `request_id` string, uuid, required: Unique ID of the async request.
    - `completed_at` string, date-time, required: The date and time the transactions request completed.
  - TransactionsRequestWebhookFailed
    - `type` 'transactions_request_failed', required
    - `event_version` 1, required: The version of the event schema.
    - `event_id` string, required: Unique ID of the event.
    - `connection_id` string, required: Unique ID for the connection
    - `account_id` string, required: Unique ID for the connected account.
    - `request_id` string, uuid, required: Unique ID of the async request.
    - `failure_reason` string, required: The reason the transactions request failed. This list is non-exhaustive — integrators should handle unknown values gracefully. Examples: - `provider_error`
    - `failed_at` string, date-time, required: The date and time the transactions request failed.
