# Get account balance

`GET /accounts/{account_id}/balance`

Get balance for specified account

  - `results` AccountBalance[]
    - `currency` 'EUR' | 'GBP' | 'USD' | 'AUD', required: Currency used for this account or transaction
    - `available` number: The amount of funds available to the account holder. This takes into account any pending transactions and includes any overdraft facility.
    - `current` number, required: The amount of funds within the account. This does not include any pending transactions.
    - `overdraft` number: Pre-arranged overdraft limit. Available for all “TRANSACTION” and “BUSINESS_TRANSACTION” account types.
    - `update_timestamp` string, datetime: Last update time of the data
  - `status` 'Succeeded' | 'Queued' | 'Running' | 'Failed': Indicates whether the request was successful. 'Queued', 'Running' and 'Failed' can be returned for async requests.

- `404`: Not found
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: Internal server error
- `501`: Not implemented
