`GET /api/v1/webhooks`

## Request

List all webhooks. Secrets are never returned after creation.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- WebhookListResponse: All webhooks for the authenticated user.
  - `webhooks` WebhookListItem[], required: Webhooks, newest first. Secrets are never included.
    - `id` string, required: Webhook database ID
    - `url` string, required: HTTPS URL receiving events
    - `events` string[], required: Subscribed events
    - `is_active` boolean, required: Whether the webhook is currently active
    - `description` string, nullable: Webhook label
    - `last_triggered_at` string, date-time, nullable: Last time this webhook was triggered
    - `failure_count` integer, required: Consecutive delivery failures (webhook is deactivated after 10)
    - `created_at` string, date-time, required: Creation timestamp
