# Get public check data (no auth)

`GET /api/v1/checks/public/{check_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.trueight.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.trueight.com/api/v1/checks/public/{check_id}`
- Auth: none declared

Get public check data. No authentication required.

**Query params:**
- `detailed=false` (default) — minimal data for OG card generation
- `detailed=true` — full check data for the public report page,
  including claims, evidence, and video recommendations

Only returns completed checks.

Public check data (minimal or detailed)

- PublicCheckMinimal: Minimal public check data for OG card generation (no auth required).
  - `id` string, required: Check ID
  - `title` string, nullable: Derived title for display
  - `sourceUrl` string, nullable: Source URL
  - `sourceDomain` string, nullable: Source domain name
  - `claimsCount` integer, required: Number of claims
  - `sourcesCount` integer, required: Number of organised sources
  - `totalSearchResults` integer, required: Total search results reviewed
  - `evidenceCount` integer, required: Total evidence items
  - `entryMode` string, nullable: article or direct
  - `selectedClaimsCount` integer, nullable: Number of selected claims
  - `topSources` string[], required: Up to 5 prominent source names

## Other responses

- `404`: Check not found or not completed
- `422`: Validation Error
