# Generate short-lived SSE stream token

`POST /api/v1/checks/{check_id}/sse-token`

Generate a short-lived, check-scoped token for SSE progress streaming.

Use this token as `?token=<token>` in the `GET /progress` EventSource URL
instead of passing the full JWT in the query string.

Token is valid for 5 minutes and scoped to the specified check ID.

SSE stream token

- SSETokenResponse: Short-lived token for SSE progress streaming.
  - `token` string, required: Check-scoped token (valid 5 minutes). Pass as ?token= in the EventSource URL.
  - `expiresIn` integer, required: Token lifetime in seconds
  - `streamUrl` string, required: Full SSE endpoint URL with token appended

## Other responses

- `404`: Check not found
- `422`: Validation Error
