# Update Load Boost

`PUT /loadmanagement/v2/load/boost`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api-int.truckstop.com`

Manually ends an active boost early by setting an unboostedDate. After this call the boost is no longer active.

## Request body

- UpdateLoadBoostRequest
  - `loadId` string, uuid, required: The ID of the load whose boost should be updated.
  - `unboostedDate` string, date-time, required: The date and time the boost is ended. Sets both boostedTo and unboostedDate.

## Response `200`

Load boost updated successfully.

  - `userId` string, uuid
  - `durationMinutes` integer: Boost duration in minutes. Default is 30.
  - `boostedFrom` string, date-time: The moment the boost started in UTC.
  - `boostedTo` string, date-time: The moment the boost ends in UTC.
  - `createdDate` string, date-time
  - `updatedDate` string, date-time
  - `unboostedDate` string, date-time, nullable: Set when the boost is manually ended early via update. Null on fresh create.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request. Possible error codes: 1834 (unboostedDate missing), 1833 (account does not own the load), 1716 (no active boost found), or deleted load cannot be updated.
- `403`: Forbidden. Possible error code: 1833 (authenticated account lacks load boosting permissions).
- `404`: Not Found. Possible error code: 1700 (load not found).
- `500`: Internal Server Error. Possible error code: 1954 (unexpected failure updating the boost).
- `502`: Bad Gateway. An upstream dependency was unavailable.
