# Get monitoring changes across the broker's network

`GET /monitoring/carriers/changes`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://api.truckstop.com/carrierhub/v1`
- URL: `http://api.truckstop.com/carrierhub/v1/monitoring/carriers/changes`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns the distinct list of DOT numbers, in the authenticated user's network, that have had a change since the given cursor or datetime.

## Query parameters

- `cursor` string
- `since` string, date-time
- `modules` ExternalModule[]

## Response `200`

A page of DOT numbers changed since the given cursor or datetime.

- MonitoringDotChanges: A list of DOT numbers, in the caller's network, that changed since a given cursor or datetime.
  - `dotNumbers` string[], required: Distinct DOT numbers with a qualifying change since the given point.
  - `cursor` string, required: Opaque cursor for this response. Pass back as the next request's cursor param to get only DOTs that changed after this point.

## Other responses

- `400`: There was a problem with the data provided for this request.
- `401`: Authorization was denied for this request.
- `499`: The request was closed by the client before the server could respond.
- `500`: A server side error occurred.
