  - `clientPassword` string: RMIS API Password
  - `InsdCoName` string: Carrier Company Name
  - `InsdContact` string: Carrier Contact's Name
  - `InsdEmail` string: Carrier Contact's Email
  - `CreateUserName` string: Create Username
  - `CreateUserEmail` string: Create User's Email
  - `ClientMemberID` string: Optional mapping to customers internal ID for the carrier
