Check the past 24 hours for registration steps

## Request body

- object
  - `clientID` string: <span style="color:#eab676">This is the 4 digit RMIS client identifier</span>
  - `clientPassword` string: RMIS API Password
  - `AllActivityForToday` boolean: Returns all activity for last 24 hours.
  - `RMISID` string: RMIS ID for the carrier you want to check (Leave blank for all)
  - `MCNumber` string: MC Number for the carrier you want to check (Leave blank for all)
  - `USDOTNumber` string: USDOT for the carrier you want to check (Leave blank for all)
  - `IntraStateNumber` string: Intrastate Number for the carrier you want to check (Leave blank for all)
