How many requests are waiting for the centre a notice was sent about.
The token arrives in the body: an address is logged. It names no customer
and returns none: a count and the centre the link already names.

Successful Response

- RequestContextOut: What the notice of a waiting request lets the wizard say. Zero for a token that is wrong, old, or about a request no longer waiting: the wizard then says nothing, and works as it does without one.
