# Close My Account

`POST /api/v1/me/closure`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://trovastorage.it` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-Access-Token`
  - HTTP bearer

Steps two and three: the reason, and the submission. `deactivate`
switches the account off and deletes nothing; `delete` removes the person
(`services/account_closure.py`). Either way every session of the account
ends here. 409 with a key while something must end first: a tenancy that
is running, a payment outstanding, a team that still has members.

  - `ticket` string, required
  - `action` 'deactivate' | 'delete', required
  - `reason` 'no_longer_needed' | 'found_elsewhere' | 'too_many_messages' | 'privacy' | 'not_satisfied' | 'other', required
  - `note` string, nullable
