# Enter Request

`POST /api/v1/admin/requests`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://trovastorage.it` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-Access-Token`
  - HTTP bearer

A request taken on the phone from a real person, typed by an admin
(M4A, F54; DEMAND-1).

It is stored with the admin's id and stays `pending_verification`: no
operator is told and it counts in no demand figure. A confirmation goes to
the person's own address, and the request is distributed only when they
enter the code from that email. The audit event names the admin and the
centre, and nothing of the person.

## Request body

- AdminRequestCreate: A request an admin types for a real person on the phone (DEMAND-1). It is flagged, and distributed only when that person confirms from the email.
